How our help desk works!

Our Helpdesk is designed for everyday tech problems, big or small. We charge a fair and transparent rate:

🛠️ $80/hour for general support (billed in 6-minute blocks, with a $10 minimum)

🔧 $150/hour for specialist-level techs

This structure means you only pay for what you use—no fluff, no upsells, just honest help.

And yes, resetting a forgotten email password can take a surprisingly long time. Security questions, recovery emails, two-factor authentication—it’s like hacking your own life. We’ll walk you through it all without making you feel silly.

Our new Helpdesk (affectionately nicknamed the “Control Alt Del Desk”) will be front and centre at our shop on 85 Main Street, Lithgow, so locals can see that getting tech help doesn’t have to be a hassle. You can just walk in and ask for help.

Whether you’re trying to troubleshoot a gaming PC, learn to use your smartphone better, or just understand the cloud (spoiler: it’s not in the sky), our Helpdesk is here to support you.

IF there is a hardware issue that needs to be sorted we can fix that too but it will have to be checked into our service center. (Different billing .... $150 hourly + Parts)
